I really love the ocean. It’s hard to explain — it just feels peaceful being near it.

I can sit for hours, doing nothing, and somehow the sound of the waves makes everything feel a bit clearer.

It takes the pressure off, quiets the thoughts, and gives me space to breathe.

One of those rare things where you don’t have to do anything — just be there.

Are you more of an ocean person, or do you prefer mountains or forests?

No distractions — just the bags, breath, and movement.
These sessions feel the most honest. No posing, nothing extra.
Just being in the body and feeling it work.

I really love that state. It’s not about looking strong — it’s aboutfeelingstrong. 💪
