I woke up around nine, without an alarm clock, to the soft light from the window. It was the first time I'd slept in a long time, and it was bliss. I stretched, made myself some green tea with jasmine, wrapped myself in a blanket, and sat on the window sill for thirty minutes, looking out at the street. The city was just waking up, and it felt as if the whole world had frozen - it was very cozy. Later I went for a walk - I went to a little bakery on the corner, got a croissant with almond filling and a cappuccino. Sat on a bench in the park, listened to a psychology podcast and watched the passersby. Such a simple joy to just be. By lunchtime I stopped by the studio for a manicure - I got a delicate lavender shade, I've been wanting to try it for a long time. After - a little shopping, but I didn't buy anything, just enjoyed the windows and the atmosphere. In the evening I had a spa day at home: face mask, hair care, candles, music. I cooked pasta with shrimps, had a glass of white wine and watched a TV series in the background. Ended the day in a bath with sea salt and peppermint oil. Just a perfect day - for the soul, for the body, for resetting. Sometimes it's so important to slow down
