

“The Art of Keeping your 🍆 Hard”…
This topic was a special request from one of my fans who wanted me to write about some of the things you can do to keep your 🍆 hard during sex!

Many men struggle with this - when you have no problem getting hard but then staying hard is the problem.
And it could be for a number of reasons like when you’re:
Tired
Distracted
Bored
Numb
Stressed/anxious
Trying not to 💦 too quickly
Had too much to drink or smoke
If this has happened to you, you’ll know that it can put a damper on the mood, and cause some stress and anxiety around sex and worry that it will happen again.
But don’t worry, it’s nothing to be embarrassed about, and I’m here to help you learn what you can do about it!
The main thing you need to understand is CIRCULATION and TESTOSTERONE BALANCE.
You want to make sure you have a healthy circulation to all your parts, so you can maintain a hard 🍆
Here are some of the things you can do:
Your diet:
eat a whole foods diet
include the rainbow of fresh fruits and veggies
good-quality sources of protein like chicken, salmon, eggs, lean cuts of red meat
healthy fats like EVOO, avocado, omega-3’s, nuts & seeds
slow-burning carbs like sweet potato, oatmeal, quinoa, brown rice.
You can also include spices that help improve circulation like cayenne pepper, cinnamon, turmeric powder, and ginger.
Make sure you find a way to incorporate onions, garlic, dark leafy greens, berries, citrus fruits and beets into your diet too!
make sure you’re drinking A TON of water too!
Increase physical activity to get the circulation flowing and those testosterone levels boosted!
Hit the gym, get outside and go for a bike ride, a run, etc. Make sure you’re getting physical activity at least 3-5 times/week for optimal performance!
Reduce your stress! High stress levels can affect your circulation so do what you gotta do to relieve your stress so you can be present in the moment!
Testosterone levels are usually the highest in the morning and lowest in the evening.
You can also time your sex sessions when your testosterone levels are at their prime!
