

I went for my first paddle of the season today and put on a little show on my IG which the boys loved!
Fun fact you may not have known about me, I’m a certified SUP (stand up paddleboard) instructor and I’ve taught paddleboarding and SUP yoga for 6 years!
I even used to run SUP yoga retreats in Nicaragua, before I started my nutrition career 😊
