I rented belly dance tutorials on VHS from my library and practiced my lil tushy off for months by myself when I a wee tatertot. And then when I got my hands on the music video for this song (prolly on like napster or limewire or something hahah) I cannot tell you how many times I watched it trying to learn the moves. Ahahaha so even tho I am incredibly white I put a lot of effort in being able to at least competently move my hips and perhaps when the light strikes just right they can border on, dare I say, mesmerizing 👀 hehehe Should I do more belly dance vibe clips? These moves are risky for my hips and as much as I love them I haven't been able to dance like this safely in yrs BCS my hip partially dislocates very easily ,so I am being gentle but I am so excited to be able to do a lil again if you like it too I def wanna do more! 🥰 I love this style of dance so mu h I incorporated some belly dancing into the first full pole routine I choreod and it came out pretty spiffy if I do say so myself (this was all many yrs ago in another life when I had a more functional body of course)
