



Today was chest and triceps๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐๐ป
And the dips are starting to feel good enough to push through a little more๐๐
Dips was 4 sets with 35 kg (77 lb) as dropsรฆt and last exercise before finishing of my triceps ๐โ ๏ธ
I did the following:
4 x bench 100 kg
4 x dumbell pres incline 38 kg
4 x dumbell flyes 32 kg
4 x seated cable flyes 35 kg
4 x dips 35 kg dropset
4 x cable overhead extension 45 kg
4 x push down narrow grip whole stack
4 x cable rope extension
