Well I don't think I hit any PRs but I did do as max as I could. 95 lb lat pull down with this weird bar that had big balls on the end to grip 🤷🏻♀️ I normally do 95 but we had to do 15 reps which I think the most I've done is like 10 at that weight. I also benchpressed 80lb 9 times for 3 sets with this weird thick band thing on my arms 🤣🤣 it felt bouncy on my🍒 🤣🤣
