I've come to terms with the fact that I'm a snacker with a sweet tooth. Might as well make something kinda healthy...

Each cup is 123 calories, 7.4g fat, 12g carbs (7g sugar), and 4.4g protein.

Ingredients:

160g peanut butter

1/4c powdered sugar

1/4c ground oats

1/4c protein powder

1c crushed cereal (Chex)

1.25c semisweet chocolate

1tsp coconut oil

Makes about 24. Can make balls if you don’t have the muffin pan.

Chill in fridge or freezer between each step.
