I was HELLA in need of some recovery food, after my long walk & partial sprint the other day. I was climbing and every muscle was sore. I slept, ate beans (protein) n took some essential amino acids.... My question for you is one: how do you recover after a workout and twooooo: what type of food you been eating? It's autumn now, but my ass has been making chilli all summer, so this is no different. Soup just hits different. Same with stew... What have YOU been eating on? Feel free to comment below.
