People who have met in person know I’m cool to hang around, but if I don’t know you, it takes a while to warm up... I don’t like putting on a “face” or pretending ever, so I probably seem boring when I’m LIVE! I try to combat the feeling of anxiety or getting overwhelmed by completing more tasks, thanks to my analytical mind... That’s why I’m often on later than expected. I have to calm down, relax and RE-CENTER before dealing with people. I have recently been meditating first and it has helped a lot! I didn’t in my last one and you can see the difference.
