I swear I will never take my health for granted again once I’m back in shape😫 Nor will I ever speak negatively about what I look like. I would often feel unappreciated on social media so I would think that I didn’t look good enough. I realized I look better 99% the population In my mid-40s! I manifested this body once before, and I can do it again💪💪
