I have no explanation except that the weather suddenly changed and maybe that’s what threw my already wobbly mental health in the trash 😅 Does anyone else struggle with the darkness of winter? Ugh that gloom hits me hard. There’s sunshine today though and after a rough day yesterday I’m determined not to let it get the best of me so have a fantastic Sunday!
