It's officially been a year since I consistently did shoots every month, this was a picture from the first one I did, self shot with a timer too. I've definitely improved alot with posing (it's harder than it looks okay)))
I've also just been feeling worse about my appearance recently so I've been trying to grind at the gym more to feel better
