The modern world is very simple in that it encourages the freedom of personal manifestation, and at the same time it is difficult, because nothing binds a person as much as complete freedom in anything. Today, even an educated and spiritually filled person finds it extremely difficult to preserve his individuality, to choose his vocation faithfully. But personality is obliged to do it.
It seems to me that only a person with stable moral guidelines, enduring value orientations, who has respect for the personality of other people, can be a personality. Only when a person is honorable externally, culturally and morally, when he is authoritative in a good sense and his reputation is impeccable.
