Ok let’s be real, I’ve had a complete crap diet lately. I don’t mind putting in the physical work, I actually love the gym, running, and hiking but I think I love food more lol. Once I hit 30 though I realized I can no longer out work a crappy diet and I’ve really struggled to eat clean and healthy. So this is day 2 of starting keto. I know you don’t need a “fad” diet to get results but sticking to one plan helps keep me in check and not slip up so keto it is. Currently at 228lbs and would like to get down around 200lbs, mainly lose this damn dad gut lol. I know you guys come here to see my dick and there will be plenty of that still lol but I’m not able to post these pictures on my regular social media so posting here and you guys engaging actually helps keep me in check as well.
