I am on my way to file charges against the hospital for elderly abuse. My moms eyes were black her face had bruises on it her hands and write were torn open from being shackled to the bed and it goes on and on. Bare with me plz as I go through the hardest thing I've ever had to. Its the thought that someone put there hands on her and why was she shackled shes in a wheelchair
