


Been training lots more lately…working on some booty gains 🍑😜💋 and some more definition in other areas. Besides these benefits it’s good for my headspace, especially while in lockdown and will help keep my strength up for when the pole studio eventually is able to reopen 💃🏻 Some pics and video from one session last week 🤗 Note - Swiss ball pikes I’m so shit at 😂🤦🏻♀️ But I used to be able to do them soooo good so will keep at it 👊🏼 Have a good laugh at me 😂
