

Do y’all ever feel like you’re not “fit” enough to join a fitness class? Like you get nervous that you won’t be able to keep up with the class’s warm up routine and you feel like everyone’s gonna be judging you like “omg that person can’t even do a run around the room what a loooozzeeerrr” so then you try and workout at home so you can be fit enough to not embarrass yourself in the fitness class but home workouts are so boring and demotivating and you just wish you attended that fitness class all along?
Yeah…those are my Monday thoughts.
(Ignore that it’s totally definitely not a Monday but yesterday kinda felt like a Sunday, right?)
Annyyywhoooo I’m debating about taking some fitness classes. Who knows what I’ll end up with.
