For tonight, here is another fun shot from my latest LIVE WORKOUT SESSION VIDEO from this past week. It contains access to the unedited 26 minute live session and it's available for this week only. It will get set aside in the archive after the weekend. The lights and music worked out great for this one, our best live session ever, and several fans suggested that I offer the video that was captured...
