The deadlift was the usual 170 kg (374 lbs) but the rest was very lightweight 😅
The gym floor is very delicate so I had to really concentrate on lowering the bar cautiously and that’s real hard on the lower back🥵
Anyway. Shit was done and I’m a happy girl 😍

Yesterdays shoulder workout before I got hit by sickness 🤧
Did last set of military press as a drop going from 65 kg (144 lbs) to 60 to 50 kg 🥵
Then some dumbell press with 32 kg which I forgot to film 😅
The dumbell lateral raises was 20 kg ( 44 lbs) 😈
Now I hope I’ll get well soon so I can continue to get bigger and stronger 😈🏋🏻♀️🦍
Back and biceps went a little crazy as I took some PWO 🥳😈
My buddies and I competing on reps on the t bar 90 kg (200 lbs)
And after that we did some seated biceps curl 35 kg ( 77 lbs )

Had an amazing back and biceps workout 🏋🏻♀️ and pecs are already sore after yesterday’s chest😍
Flyes pr 34 kg (74 lbs) and back to my 30 kg (66 lbs) 🤩
Thought it was about time to stop wining that shoulders aren’t cooperating with my dumbell press ☠️🤚🖕
Wipe off the tears and let’s start focus on what’s working and be grateful with what I can do🙏😍
Besides the dumbell press shoulders aren’t nagging too much and the flyes don’t nag at all😍
Therefore I did one set flyes with the 34 kg and also did my usual weighted 30 kg dips routine 😍
I’ve missed that a lot but I also know that I’ll be one cranky ass bitch if I fuck myself up again so I really proceed with caution ⛔️
At least according to my normal standards 😇
When people ask me how come I’m always like 3 hours doing legs😂😭
Well the bar finally moved in the right direction and the top set today was 175 kg (385 lbs ) and some back off with 170 kg🥵💦
