My SO gifted me this outfit last night 🥰🥰 I love it because it says "I BUILT ME". BOOOOM!! What a true statement!!! In 2006, I had no coach, no friends that trained, no gym!!, no diet advice... I started in the back room of my house. Did the first SÏX YËARS completely solo. Just me and my textbooks, studying & teaching myself nutrition and form. Even after I hired a coach in 2014, I never let them do my programming. NO ONE was going to take credit. Ever. I never worked with anyone on training until 2019 (powerlifting, then asked him to design BB). Now, I *LET* my coach program for me. I want to continue to learn & I've proven I know what I'm doing. That does create a challenge in a way, I know a lot more than the average athlete that wants to be told what to do. I appreciate the intelligence he brings. I'm very proud of what I've done. #iBuiltMe
