I ate at Rudy's BBQ for the first time and damn their food is amazing!!! 10/10 recommend them as a stop of you're ever visiting Texas. I ordered the moist brisket, baby back ribs, and a small green chili stew. Definitely worth getting the $1 cup for sweet tea ðâĻ

Bit of a craving this morning! Spicy Egg Fried Saffron Rice and Vienna Sausages. I have Congo Peppers in my garden, so I sliced one up and added it to the rice. The rice came out pretty good.

For those new fans who joined, I am legally blind with low vision. So I can't see fully, but I use my canes to help me manoeuvre around.
