Daily wg shakes start today! This one comes in at 1850 calories ~ mass gainer, heavy cream and water. Once I know my body can handle the shake I’ll be switching the water for milk to bring the total calories up to 2030 per shake 🫨

This weekend I’ll be filming content, including an all day stuffing on Saturday ~ I really want to see how much this belly can handle in a day ~ Wendy’s, Arby’s, Dairy Queen, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, pizza.. and whatever else I get my chubby fingers on. December 9th I’m going to start drinking a weight gain shake each morning. Last time I did it I was adding a cup of heavy cream and mixing it with the shake. I have Hulk Mass Gainer Vanilla which tastes amazing but if anyone has suggestions for other brands/flavours let me know!
