since spring break is over i feel a bit more exhausted than usual after uni😅 i think its cause i messed up my sleep rhythm haha

since i'm in the gym for a few years now here are 3 important points i learned😘
1. you need a training partner - which i dont have
2. eat enough protein - which i i dont do
3. conistency is key - which i somehow fulfill haha
