Itās just so hard to feel sorry for the models when theyāre THAT ticklish, you know? Anyone in this scene will tell you, feet that ticklish deserve to be tickled, itās like they were born for it. Salem is the owner of one such pair of beautiful, horrendously ticklish feet.

When Derek pulled out the double Shocker (7:36) I literally curled my toes so hard. I donāt think Iāve seen that yet and it was truly cruelty beyond comparison. Salem bucks as hard as she can on the table, but sheās going nowhere. Itās only ten minutes, right? Surely she can withstand itā¦
ā¦or not. But Derek wonāt stop. Thatās the name of the game, and those ticklish feet belong in those straps.

Tickle Dice - Salem Rose
Iām in heaven, truly. Salem is here to play Tickle Dice, and highty tighty Christ almighty, is she ticklish. She gets lucky in her number choices, but even just the small increments of time she receives is enough to get her to tap.
I canāt even timestamp this clip for you cause the entire thing is a TTC. At least for me anyway. Something about finger tickling on toe-tied feet just gets me, man. Derek spends the majority of this clip using his fingers, which is just divine. The screams that pour from Salemās lips at the touch of his hands are something no one should live without hearing, and when he introduces the new Tool Dice, it gets even better.
The DS makes an appearance, as does the Shocker and if you thought Salem was loud before, you were wrong. Her laugh reaches new depths as Derek demolishes her arches with these two tools, the Shocker winning the game for him.
I think thatās one of my favorite things about these clips, is knowing that itās going to end with a tap. I just love that moment, so so much.

The Tickle Table - Mewchii Fey
Naughty little Mewchii should be renamed to Houdini, because sheās nothing but an escape artist. I tell you, her upperbody was snug as heck, but Derek tried a grand total of FOUR different ties on her feet and she managed to escape each one.Ā
Now, lest you think she got away with it, you are sorely mistaken. Mewchii was mightily punished for each infraction, to which she suffered greatly. Even just holding her feet still with the gloves was enough to send her into hysterics.Ā
Mewchiiās friend Mia torments her with glee, making sure to thank her nail tech for her very, VERY pointy nails. They seem to match the gloves in intensity, and are one of the only tools that pull gorgeous laughter from her friend instead of the squeals, raptor sounds, and gibberish we all know and love. Mewchii protests greatly, but neither Mia or Derek are willing to show her much mercy, considering sheās refusing to be good and stay in her bonds.Ā
Never fear, I have no doubt that Derek will find a way to keep those toes tied back. I do so look forward to seeing him try again.

Tickle TV - Carissa Dumond
I honestly think Tickle TV might be one of my favorite setups. The psychological mind games, the utter helplessnessā¦itās simply *chefās kiss*.
Carissa is a great model for it too. Watching the tickles coming and knowing she canāt do anything about it send her into a panic. Itās truly great. Derek tries a couple of things, toying with her mind before using the gloves to tickle her into insanity.
And yes, I do mean insanity. The gloves are a favorite, and when used on Carissaās delightfully ticklish feet, sheās brought near to tears. Derek knows his way around a masochist, my friends. Aries is hogtied. Sheās gagged. She canāt move. And Derek has the auDACITY to lay out all the tools heās going to tickle her with in front of her. What in the everloving French TOAST, man. Snurf.
Aries is in instant protest, but of course all you hear is muffled grunts. Derek laughs, ignores her, and goes to work. The Tickle Table - Carissa Dumond
One of my favorite types of models are the ones that squirm. They show by their squirming that they are truly, truly helpless, and it makes me squirm on the inside knowing how stuck they are.
Carissa is one such model, and gol-LY is she ticklish. Her incredibly sensitive feet are super soft, and all trussed up, waiting for Derekās devilish ministrations. The moment he touches her she jerks, and were she not tightly strapped down Iām almost certain she would have flown off the table. Our favorite heavy touch champion Blondi is back, and sheās once again on the Tickle Table. Derek tries a few lighter things at first, cause itās always fun to experiment. He gets a couple of reactions with the Shrieker, but once again tried and true for Blondi are the gloves and the scalp scrubber.
I love Blondiās reactions so much when she gets tickled. Thereās almost a delay in her laugh, like the sensation has to travel all the way up her body until it reaches her mouth. Sheās also SUCH a good tickle toy, she doesnāt argue, she doesnāt complainā¦ she just lies there, laughing, accepting her fate. Makes you want to tickle her for hours, no?
You can tell Derek does. Thereās a moment where you catch a glimpse of his face while heās working (7:26), and the intensity of his concentration while he mercilessly tickles Blondiās feet is thrilling. Heās so intent on drawing every last gasp and giggle from her tired body, and his focus is laser sharp. Oh, to be on the receiving end of those fingers!
We discover that the Shocker works on Blondi too, what a wonderful surprise! Of course, it doesnāt come as much surprise to Derek, he says the Shocker works on everyone. He uses it for a while but alas, itās hard to stay away from the gloves when they result in such beautiful laughter, and he spends an extended period of time at the end scrubbing her left foot (the more ticklish one) squeaky clean.

Tickle Therapy - Karma
Karma is one of the funnest models I think Iāve ever had the pleasure of watching. Out the gate she tries to fight the laughter but that very, very quickly dissolves into some of the most varied reactions Iāve seen in one lee. She giggles, she laughs, she oos and ahs. We get the chicken squawk, the snake hiss, silent laughter, and loud guffaws. Seriously, every different technique renders a different reaction, and theyāre all amazing. Which one is your favorite? (For Derek, Iām pretty sure itās the one he gets from two gloves on one foot)
Karma is new to toe ties, which is quite fun for Derek. Heās able to explore her ticklish soles uninhibited, using a variety of tools including toothbrushes, gloves, and fingers. Karma might protest, but you can tell sheās enjoying it, and the proof is in the pudding. No quite literally, she breaks a hand free (6:47), and puts it back of her own accord. Perhaps sheās fearful of retribution should Derek see it, or that heāll strap her down tighter (I have it on good authority that both would occur), but I more think itās because she LIKES being helpless. I know I do.
By the end of the clip Karmaās back and forth between loud loud laughter and near silence. Derek finds a weakness in her knees, and zeroes in on it with reckless abandon. Sheās begging, pleading, offering anything to get him to stop but does he? Of course not. He wouldnāt be the Derek we know and love if he showed mercy. He tickles her until heās had enoughā¦ which is never.

If you think Iām kidding, take a look at this clip. Mewchi Fey is one of the most ticklish models Derek has ever had the pleasure of being in his chair. She tries to distract herself with some of the funniest quotes Iāve heard to date, including āoh mother MARYā and āif I had secrets I would tell you EVERYTHINGā Iām not going to tell you the timestamps my friend, youāre just gonna have to watch this clip because they are just too good.
Ultimately the distractions are unsuccessful (as they should be), and Mewchi succumbs to her insanely sensitive fate. Derek canāt stop laughing at the sounds she makes, her thrashing and howling and to be honest, I couldnāt either. Believe me, I had to stop eating my dinner because I was afraid I was gonna keel over on a chunk of raw steak!
By the time Derek gets to the Shocker, Mewchi dissolves into an almost alien-like shriek/scream/squeal. She has thrashed so hard she broke her toe ties (10:43) and her pillows have left the chair, and I thought for sure sheād tap. She begs for mercy and gets very close, but the demon wonāt let her escape, leaving Derek hours of fun to ā¦playā¦

No Safeword - Carissa Dumond
Back with another round of no safeword, and I love the beginning of this clip. Carissa Dumond is already strapped to the table, having just endured Derek finding all of the spots on her beautifully ticklish soles and the techniques with which to torment them. Heās explaining the rules to her, and thereās just a lovely behind-the-scenes moment of what itās like to actually shoot with a producer, we donāt typically get to see this part. She lands on 20 minutes, then sheās gagged, the time starts, and itās go time.
And whoooooooeeeeee. Boy does she suffer. First of all, ALL her toes are tied back which I love to see. No movement for this gal, please. Second of all, sheās already oiled up which is my favorite play for feet. Thirdly, I donāt think Iāve seen anyone have such a response to the whiskers (6:42) in all my time reviewing these clips. Carissa is so ticklish, and Derek is evil. Goodness.
She reaches a point (TTC: 14:26) where sheās whimper crying, and I love that so much. Itās the point of true suffering, and she still has ten minutes to go. Maybe is the masochist in me, but I love it when that point is reached and thereās a long time left to play. It creates the best reactions.
Truly, Carissaās face when Derek pulls the gloves back out to use for the rest of her time (17:14) is priceless. Still with seven minutes to go, she reaches a pitch of desperation in her laughter. She pleads for mercy (23:01) but she chose no safeword, and Derek just keeps going. Fortunately it ends soon after, but thatās probably my favorite moment.
Carissaās a champ, and this clip will prove it. Watch her fall apart, and marvel with me at her suffering, wonāt you?

She tries to thrash and escape but there is no escape, she is stuck reaaaaaal good, and Emily finds her spots easily. When Derek returns, Emily shows him where they are and he uses his favorite pair of gloves (see 8:57 for a beauty shot) on them to see what they do.Ā
They work tremendously. Emily joins in with her nails and Cheyenne is reduced to near tears. She cries āmercyā (which is her safeword yellow, this means back off and take it easy for a bit, sheās close to breaking but wants to keep playing), so they switch it up and Emily decides to play with her feet while worshiping them a bit. (15:45) Our foot lovers out there will enjoy this clip immensely, as Cheyenneās reactions to Emilyās tongue tell me she enjoys the feeling as well. Maybe a little too much, eh? Gonna have to go back to tickling her, those screams are too adorable not to.

The Terror Totter - Zelda
Iā¦ I uhā¦ heh. Uhm. Welp. This review is going to be all sounds cause uhā¦ thatās all I got. Brain is mush, mind is puddle. Snurfed it out all over the floor. Woof.
The Terror Totter lives up to its name, as poor Zelda finds out. Sheās horrendously ticklish, especially under her arms and Derek is keen to extract every scream from her gagged little mouth. She tries to protect herself but does he allow it? NO. HE STRAPS HER BICEPS DOWN SO SHE CANāT MOVE. Her screams gave life to the internal ones inside my head, my god.
Derek shows no mercy, moving down the totter to her ribs, thighs, and feet. He finds every spot, even the ones you thought were safe, like her navel. ForGET that spot, I swear on my life, iss the worst spot imaginable. Zelda thinks so too, her eyes bulge out of her head (2:30 and 8:24) and I can feel her pain. Literally.
So yeah, if you feel like being turned into a brainless pile of goo, watch this clip. Or do it anyway, cause Zeldaās reactions are incredible and she canāt move at all. Such a fun new rig.

Hogtickled - Baby Rae
Crabbyā¦ crabby crabby crabby. Seems like Baby Rae could use something to laugh about! Good thing Derek has some deft fingers. Shouldnāt be a problem for him to help lift her mood!
In one of the snuggest hogties Iāve seen, Derek goes to town on Baby Raeās sensitive soles. Sheās in hysterics instantly but her mood is still quite sour, which is super adorable. She brats and pushes her luck with Derek, which of course ends up with her gagged and further strapped.Ā
(Also again gonna note the safety in this vid cause I will never not proclaim safety and care. In the beginning of the vid BR expresses discomfort for her head and itās enough that she receives a folded towel for comfort. Derek also checks the strength of her hands when she expresses concern about them. We stand a safety King!)
Baby Rae is screaming by the end of this clip, literally screaming and gagging herself with the towel. Sheās so ticklish, and still so crabby about it! Vengeance - Ama Rio, My Mind Breaks, and Sage Pillar
The more I review these vengeance clips, the more I think Derek likes being tickled. Yeah, I know, he saaaays he hates itā¦ but he keeps getting back in the chair, no? Me thinks thou dost protest too much, good sir.
He gets triple teamed in this clip and friends, lemme tell youā¦ watching Ama Rioās face when sheās not on the receiving end is so, so great. You can see all the suffering sheās endured in the past come out in the most joyful, smiling revenge imaginable. She doesnāt hold back, and Sage and MMB are all too happy to follow suit, Sage setting up at his right foot and MMB on his left.Ā
One of my favorite parts of this clip is around 4:30, where all three girls are completely ignoring their thrashing toy and start talking about their nails with each other, and it oofād me real good. Thereās something about being stuck in a helpless position and being treated as an object thatās justā¦ heh. Man. 10/10.
In the final minutes, thereās a moment where Ama is tickling Derekās hips and they are just staring at each other. You canāt see her face but you know sheās got this wicked grin on it, and Derek is looking up at her with merciless rage as he endures what he had coming, and thereās almost this silent exchange of power. Ama knows sheās next, she knows sheās in trouble, and oh my LANTA, is it a hot moment. The lee in me gulped for her.Ā
Again I say, I think Derek secretly likes it. If only for the motivation to utterly annihilate the net unfortunate model on his table.

The Tickle Table - Jade vs Trinity
In the opening of this clip, poor Trinity is trapped on the table, having just tickled Jade into next week. Her head is on a pillow, which is unusual for this equipment but pretty soon you see why. Her facial reactions are priceless, and being tickled is SO much worse for her when she is required to watch. Jade and Derek introduce her to three or four new tools, and I laughed so hard at every response, this girl is hysterical.
(You know a clip is good when I have timestamps but I forgot to write down what happens at them. O.O I wrote down 4:18, 7:15, and 13:44, but I donāt remember what happens, lol. Bad reviewer! I guess Iāll just have to be punished. To the table I go!)
Yāall, Trinity has a MOUTH on her. Watching this clip, you wonāt feel sorry in the slightest as she gets wrecked into infinity, because the names she calls Derek and Jade are not for the fainthearted. It brought me much joy to see her suffer for her language, and I loved how her threats fell on deaf ears. Totally, totally deserved.Ā

Because sheās only ticklish in certain ways, this means sheās getting focused tickles with ample, lengthy use of the shocker, gloves, and scalp scrubber. My favorite kinda content, right there.
Derek elicits squeals from Blondie by using the shocker, which of course are super adorable. She hard laughs with the gloves, screams when he takes the scalp scrubber to her poor, ticklish soles, and by the end of the scene you can hear how desperate sheās getting for her time to end.

Toward the end of the clip, I noticed while Derek was absolutely wrecking Blondieās arches that in the background, he has the book āThe Art of Warā tucked under his bookshelf. I mean come ON. Heās using one of the oldest tricks of the trade to get a person to talk, and the spine of that book is just staring you in the face while Blondie laughs and screams uselessly into her gag. Tickle Dice - Ama Rio
Iām really into mind games, have you figured that out yet? And Tickle Dice doesnāt mess around, thereās a war waging between choosing the number you think itāll land on and choosing a number that could potentially give you a shorter sentence. As a maso Iām not one to care but for someone like Ama who HATES being tickled, itās truly a challenge. So yummy. I love it.
As I said, the beautiful Ama Rio is our contestant today and sheās been bagged on the table to play, just her hyper-ticklish feet are on the line. Derek doesnāt go easy on her either, heās put money down that he can get her to tap before completing all six(?) dice. Think he can do it? Yeah, me too.

Tickle TV - Sushii
Yāall, I donāt even know where to begin with this clip. Sushii never disappoints when sheās in town, she and Derek always have so much banter and fun when they work together, and it makes for truly entertaining content.
Right off the bat the thing I noticed first was that in the facedown position he has her in to watch her poor feet suffer, Derek has her ankles crossed and my mind is immediately snurfing.Ā
(Letās get a little science-y for a sec: ankles crossed is such a simple yet effective way to drive a person crazy because it crosses the midline of your brain. Youāre receiving tickles on one side, but your brain is registering it on the other side, but then since this is tv and youāre watching it youāre thinking it should be on that side BUT IT ISNāT. Again I say: SNURF.)Ā
Science aside, Sushiiās reactions to the tickles are beautiful, and they make me want to tickle her. See: TBD (when he first starts tickling her with fingers, and when the feather is in her armpit, and then tickling the back of her knee and her foot at the same time) to understand what I mean. Sheās constantly calling Derek names and itās truly hilarious to watch. As if the names will get him to stop, puh. We all know better.

The Tickle Table - Baby Rae
I seriously love watching Baby Rae, whether she lee or ler. In todayās clip sheās the lee, on the tickle table with nothing but her soft and incredibly sensitive feet exposed, and her reactions are hilarious (see adorable toe scrunching, 2:20). For example, she makes mock gagging sounds (5:53) and faces when Derek is putting oil on her feet. Even though this is revenge for her tickling him, Derek decides to be nice and use just his fingers.Ā
Unfortunately for Baby Rae, she just canāt keep her mouth from mocking him, from throwing all sorts of profanities his way, and for it she is appropriately disciplined. Brats gotta learn, right? Derek breaks out the heavy hitter (for her), and uses an electric toothbrush for the remainder of the clip. I swear, the girl would be bucking if she wasnāt strapped down so tightly. Her laughter changes to screams, and it is truly the most beautiful sound in the world. Aftershocks are present, Derek finds new spots she didnāt know about, and sheās still just as funny throughout (āMy poor piggies!ā 15:07).
The clip ends well, Derek has tickled Baby Rae into insanity; she is laughing without him even touching her. He shows us the tool heās going to use next and goodness gracious, it looks evil. *gulp* Some sort of spikey, ball brush that I have no interest in getting to know on a personal level. We can be friends from afar, thank you very much. In all honesty though, Baby Rae is an amazing model, and I look forward to seeing more clips of her soon.

Vengeance - Baby Rae
Another day, another vengeance clip and boy, is it a doozy. Baby Rae has Derek strapped nice and tight, he has almost no movement. She uses this to her advantage and for the full twenty minutes of the clip, Derekās ordeal is non-stop.
All it takes is two tools, which just so happen to be Derekās favorite: sharp fingernails, and the pink brush. With just these two tools in hand (quite literally in the one sense), Baby Rae reduces him to a pleading, quivering mess. Sheās a master of technique, youād do well to watch her and take notes.
Fun moment to watch for: (timestamp: TBD, when she starts laughing at you about the chicken wings)
By the end of the video, it is clear Derek is exhausted, and his Ler meter has been activated off the charts. Heās growling, struggling to get free, and the look on his face as he watches his captor speaks volumes. She is in so, so much trouble when he finally gets free.

Hogtied and Gagged - Alicia Justine
Oh goodness. I am just the softest pile of mush right now.
This clip has to be one of the most grounding things Iāve ever witnessed. We get up close and personal in a lovely, lovely bondage and impact scene. Let me tell you, this scene is so raw and so pure, I was entranced.
Derek has Alicia fully submitting from the get-go, regardless of her bratitude. Sheās packed and gagged, then quickly bound into a hogtie, complete with praying hands. You can see on her face when she enters subspace, and she patiently waits for Derek to do what he wants.
After a bit of impact, sheās given the challenge to struggle, to get herself free. But every time she loosens something, Derek tightens it further. What a maddening power circle. She gets more and more bratty and determined, much to the detriment of her very reddened backside. The whimpers she gives as she finds that line of fight or submit is truly heaven.
This clip is sensational. There is before care, aftercare, check-ins, dominance and submission, and just an overwhelming sense of safety. You can tell Alicia trusts him, and it just makes this scene such a pleasure to watch. What I wouldnāt give to be in her place, and to slip from my mind for an hour or two.

Vengeance - Sushii One
We all know revenge is delicious, and here at Fettish revenge is a dish best served blazing hot. Derek is jacketed up, strapped tightly to the chair with a gag in his mouth and his toes tied back. Sushii takes her time warming his feet up, spending the first part of this video making sure those soles of Derekās are tender, warm, and as sensitive as possible.Ā
She then destroys him with her nails.
Derek thrashes and pleads, his laughter echoing through the room. Between his cries, he can be heard stating all the things that would egg a Ler like Sushii on:

I know if I was there, I wouldnāt stop tickling him either.
Watching Sushii tickle is a diamond. The joy on her face when she tickles makes for the very best of Lers, donāt you agree? She toys with Derek, with almost wild insanity in her smile she keeps him on the edge, offering the smallest of breaks to keep him guessing. I donāt know which position I would want to be in more, his or hers.
All in all, this video is top tier. Youāve got pain, regret, laughter and fun, and I enjoyed it immensely. Looking forward to the next time we see Derek get wrecked, and my hatās off to Sushii for being one of the best in the business!

Iāll be honest, I have no words. No words. I have been officially rendered speechless. Congrats. Okay but seriously, the following words left my mouth while watching this clip:

Derek has outdone himself on this new steel cross set up, and it is truly for upperbody lovers. Gorgeous Ama Rio is strapped to this horrid equipment, and when I say she canāt move, she canāt move. Underarms, ribs, navel, inner thighs, knees, feet, Ā Derek gets them all. I squirmed and snurfed my way throughout this entire clip, and seeing his arsenal of tools (youāll just have to click that link if you want to know which ones he used) all lined up to the side did not help in any way. Goodness gracious, great balls of FIRE, Iām looking forward to my turn on this thing.

Fun fact, I will share one tool Derek used. He pulls out a machine toward the end and oh my lanta, you can see poor Amaās ticklish skin absolutely rippling with vibrations (14:22). Tickle Therapy - Sunnie
Alright friends, Sunnie is a superstar. Sheās gorgeous, is super laid back, and for all us upperbody folks, we get a lovely little surprise in this clip. A twist on the classic, Sunnie is trussed up in the therapy chair for some good old fashioned foot tickles, but this time sheās got her arms suspended above her head, exposing her sensitive underarms. EEK. Iām squirming already and the clip has barely started.
Two minutes in and Derek goes for those armpits with some god awful tool (I aināt gonna tell ya, youāre just gonna have to go watch). My arms instantly clamped down to my sides while watching, and I vehemently stated āNO NO NOā in audible protest. So IMAGINE my surprise when Derek responds with āwhat do you mean, no no no?ā (2:13)! Tickle Therapy - Skullcandy Bri 2
Holy hell of all things squirmy. Bri is in the chair for some therapy, and itās time to introduce her to the machines.Ā
First of all, let me just pause and say what an amazing model Bri is. Sheās gorgeous, her feet are sublime, and sheās got fantastic reactions and a GREAT laugh. The banter between her and Derek is amazing, 10/10 they are so much fun to watch together. I laughed along with them while watching this clip.
Secondly, Derek is such a fantastic Ler that I actually tensed so hard while watching him tickle her calves, I gave myself a leg cramp. No joke, was laughing and crying while watching him take her apart piece by piece. Then he told her to tell him where to go (TTC: 13:15) and I snurfed all over the place (and yes that is the technical term for holding in a snort).
All in all, this is a must see clip, highly recommend. You wonāt be sorry for clicking that button, I promise!
