Update about my knee :

As you know now I’m back to train upper body ( which I was avoiding for a year and a half ) to transition to wellness category.

Giving my knee break and doing treatments , since it’s cold as fak 🤣 it will only get better with warmer weather so I’m being patient and taking one day at the time.
CANT WAIT FOR A SPRING!!!!!

In overall at least I can walk with just little pain but nothing getting worse for now .

I’m sure in one month I will be better !

Quick update from me ☺️
I’m not the person who complain or share everything but since we all engaged in some special way 😆 I want to share why I’m not able to do certain content .

Last Monday January 13th I trained legs and after training I start experiencing knee pain 😬 YES 2025 literally kicking my ass 🤣
So since last Monday I was not able to train my legs and of course you can imagine how hard this for me but I AM WORKING ON FINDING solution to fix my injury and to heal as fast as it’s possible !

No kneeling or any squatting for me at this moment , I’m still training but only upper body !

ON THIS BEING SAID THATS WHY I CAN ONLY DO certain types of content and will be doing everything I can for you , posing , flexing , nudes , solo all this is still going to happen.

At least now you know why I’m kicking away all custom content as I really need to focus on fixing this freaking knee 🤪
Never had any problem with it but I guess I’m getting old hahahaaa

For now next 4 months WILL BE BUILDING PHASE to get as much lean mass as I can so don’t expect me to be super lean till April 💪🏻 and from April I start cutting . This giving me goal and something to look forward to and distracting me from this cold weather 🤪
